My legs are still aching for jogging and walking in celebration of Earth Day 2010. I've covered a distance of about 4 kms in about an hour. Not amazing, but to me that's an accomplishment for a person who doesn't normally walk even a 16th of that distance. The aches are still there it revitalized by body.
There's still a long way to go to accomplish my goal of completing a whole marathon which is about 26k but 4km is a good start.
